Juicy

Well, ladies, I juiced. Miracle of miracles. I got my butt out of bed early enough to make a healthy breakfast juice consisting of kale, ginger, carrot, potato and apple. I think I just heard a collective "ewww", but it was pretty good. I've discovered that if you include an apple in any combo, it will taste good. And most of the ingredients I chose are anti-inflammatories (good for the tummy) and I did feel a bit better today. Didn't take any heartburn meds. Yay!

After work-suckland, I stopped by Walgreens to buy a humidifier. I stared at them for about 10 minutes worrying about money. Should I buy it or not? Do I REALLY need it? My chapped lips said, YES! So I headed to the cash register and the entire time I'm thinking, "I want a treat".  I had a mini battle with myself all the way to the register. Thin me was standing on one shoulder saying, "Don't binge just because your stressed about money. Remember that skirt you so desperately want to wear.... before you hate it!" and fat me was standing on the other shoulder, in her moo-moo, screaming, "What skirt? I don't remember any skirt! Go down the candy the isle! You want Charleston Chews!".  I'm happy to report thin me won that battle.

I got home and made myself a pretty healthy dinner, but was very snacky after. It's that special time of the month when my body thinks it's eating for two. So, yeah, the spoon was in the jar of peanut butter. Someone had to shut fat me up! I didn't do any walking other than what I to everyday being a city dweller with no car. My back was just sooo tight today. I did try a few crunches (50) and my back was somewhat okay. I also found my old running schedule. My back has to be better by the 1st of February or there is no way I will have enough time to train for my race.

Never got around to that movie last night so I'm going to watch it tonight. I'm already in my PJ's. Love that!

Tomorrow I plan to-
1-Juice again
2-Try some more crunches and stretch my back a lot, in the morning, at lunch and few times tomorrow night.
3-Blog

Night-night
