Panko Bread Crumbs Rule!

Well, Aunt Flo arrived this morning and now I feel less like strangling people and more like hugging them. It's amazing how my emotions change when it finally gets here! I'm super motivated again. Yesterday I ate an entire back of what I thought was freeze dried pineapple, but it turned out being freeze fried. WTF! Oh well. It was only 6 points. I bought them at Trader Joe's because they were right next to the freeze dried strawberries and I assumed they were the same. Lesson learned. I saw the friend of mine that works there, the one that gave me 5 minutes of therapy last time. This time I guess he was trying to give my ego a little boost. He was working the register and when he noticed me standing in line, he says to the woman in front of me "this is one of the funniest actresses in Chicago, but she refuses to act anymore".  It was embarrassing because I'm sure the woman was thinking "Yeah, right, whatever. Just bag my groceries", but it sure did make me think. It mostly made me think that I wish I saw what he sees. And I somehow felt a little guilty for not pursuing what I think I meant to. Oh well.

Today the checker at Walgreens admired my little container of cut veggies. She said it was cute and asked me if I did it. Um, yeah, I chopped some veggies. It made me feel kinda proud, actually. That's right, I'm taking care of myself!

Tonight I tried a fish recipe with panko bread crumbs. It was yummy and confirmed my new found love the pankos!

Oh, and I had a free chiropractic session today. The chiropractor on my floor is taking pity on me and he is going to fix me up good. He told me not to go to yoga today, which I was totally okay with since it's negative something-or-other wind chill out there. And I hate exercising.

Tomorrow
Eat well, track and stay within my points.
Pay bills.
