I'm Bored

I'm bored and have basically nothing to report. I'm eating well, my back hurts, blah blah blah. 

Had a cool first meeting with my spiritual counselor/neighbor. We came up with an affirmation for the week, which is "When I am clear and honest about what I want, the universe will and does support me".  I will try to keep repeating this all week as well as work on being clear and honest with myself. 

My nephew is in the hospital and I am worried about him and my sister. They are in Nicaragua and I can only hope their in a big city with a good hospital. Ugh. 

Tomorrow
Eat well and track
Be less boring

Gratitude
Motivation to keep eating well
A love of cooking
Free chiropractic care
My neighbor
Common sense- I think I got a lot of it. 
My home
My family
You
